The packaging was so perfect and cushioned, nicely presented and waited to use the lip balm before going to my chapstick and my lips felt the relief. Great feeling on my chapped lips. The smell is soft and don’t have to twist to get more of the balm out which is pretty cool. Washed my hands just to use the butter and it smells real good just like lavender. Left my hands feeling soft. Will be returning for more!
